At The Lemoura by Namma Hola, each reservation is a thoughtful commitment — to nature, to tranquility, and to the experience we lovingly prepare for you.

We understand that sometimes plans must change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, while honoring the care and preparation that goes into welcoming you.

Cancellations by Guests

• 14 Days or More Before Arrival
  If your plans shift and you notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival, we will offer a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.

• 7 to 13 Days Before Arrival
  Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival
  As we prepare the farm and villa with care for your arrival, cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled stay are non-refundable.
