At The Lemoura by Namma Hola, every booking is a promise — a mutual commitment to moments of peace, reflection, and connection with nature.
We understand that sometimes, life’s flow brings unexpected changes. Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds, always with fairness and grace:
1. Cancellations by Guests
14 Days or More Before Arrival:
Should your plans change, and you notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival, we will offer a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.7 to 13 Days Before Arrival:
Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival:
As we lovingly prepare for your stay, cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
2. Changes to Your Reservation
We are happy to accommodate date changes, subject to availability. If you wish to amend your booking:
Please inform us at least 14 days prior to your original arrival date.
Rate differences, if any, may apply.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive without prior communication, the full booking amount will be retained as a no-show charge.
4. Cancellations by The Lemoura
In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural events or safety concerns), we may need to cancel your booking. In such instances, you will receive a full refund, or we can offer you an alternative date to experience The Lemoura’s embrace.
5. Refund Process
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
