Welcome to The Lemoura. Where nature whispers and time slows.

By making a reservation at The Lemoura by Namma Hola, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These gentle guidelines are designed to preserve the experience of slow living, mindful hospitality, and harmony with nature for all our guests.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A confirmed reservation requires a 50% advance payment.

  • The balance is due prior to check-in or upon arrival.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as communicated by our team.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the advance.

  • Cancellations made between 7–13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of check-in or for no-shows.

We understand that plans shift. Do reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate with grace.

4. Amendments & Postponements

  • Postponement requests made more than 7 days before the original check-in date will be considered, subject to availability.

  • Only one change per reservation is permitted.

  • Tariff differences, if any, due to seasonality or rate revisions, will apply.

5. House Rules

  • Outside food is not permitted on the premises.

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

  • The Lemoura is a place of calm. Loud music and disruptive behaviour are discouraged to preserve the experience for all guests.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property or décor.

6. Children & Pets

  • Children are welcome. Parents are requested to ensure their safety and supervision, especially near natural water bodies or open areas.

  • Pets may be allowed on prior request only. Please confirm during your reservation process.

7. Safety & Liability

  • While we take every precaution to maintain a safe and nurturing environment, The Lemoura is surrounded by natural landscapes. Please tread mindfully.

  • We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising during your stay, including due to natural events.

8. Privacy & Conduct

  • Guest information is treated with care and confidentiality.

  • Any behavior that disturbs the atmosphere of The Lemoura or causes discomfort to others may result in early eviction without refund.

9. Force Majeure

  • In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings without liability.
